Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. A cot for children up to 2 years is free of charge.

Cleanliness

Mixed: several guests praised cleanliness and modern rooms, but there are recurring complaints (found hairs in bathtub after cleaning, overpowering cleaning fragrance some days) that lower the score.

Service

Very positive: staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (including specific praise for individual staff and last-minute requests), with only minor complaints (e. g. , front desk smoking outside).

Location

Strongly positive: overwhelmingly praised as very central, walking distance to major attractions, excellent neighborhood with many restaurants and cafes.

Room Quality

Negative-to-mixed: common issues include very small or dark rooms, some shabby decor, awkward bathroom layouts (toilet in a closet), no windows in some rooms and showers that spill water.

Amenities

Mixed: useful amenities like air-conditioning noted and staff accommodated families, but recurring problems with a very small/tiny elevator (including one stuck incident), narrow stairways and mediocre coffee machine.

Luxurious Accommodation in Historic Saint Germain District

Modern Amenities: Enjoy a comfortable stay in our air-conditioned and soundproofed rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom.
